Ways to Give
Supporting the CUES School System
There are many ways to contribute and support the campaign for the CUES School System. Pledges are commitments made in good faith, but are not legally binding. Pledges are encouraged to be made over a five-year period. A commitment may be fulfilled through monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual installments. Gifts are made to the CUES Fund. The CUES Fund supports the CUES School System.
Make an Online Donation
Online donations are securely processed automatically using the credit card information you provide. You can make your online donation a recurring, tribute or monthly gift. Your gift can also be allocated to the CUES Fund, Sacred Heart, Holy Name or All Saints.
Monthly donors are the backbone of support for the CUES School System. Counting on your generous gift helps us plan for the future and ensure quality education in our schools. Monthly donations are securely processed automatically on the 1st of each month using the credit card information you provide.
Tuition Assistance Scholarships
Tuition Assistance Scholarships allow your gift to directly go to students who need help covering the cost of tuition. Your gift can be allocated to tuition assistance at the CUES School of your choice or the CUES School System as a whole. Please contact the CUES Fund office: 402-451-5755 for more information.
Making a gift of appreciated stock is one of the most advantageous forms of giving for tax purposes. You can write off the value of the stock as a gift, plus avoid capital gains taxes. The gift is valued as the fair market price of the stock upon trade.
For stock transfer information, please contact Stacy Cope at the CUES Fund, email@example.com.
Creating a will is the easiest and most effective way to provide security for your family and ensure that your assets are distributed as you wish. Many donors choose to remember the CUES Fund in their will while also providing for their loved ones. You can ensure that your gift will provide access to a quality education for low-income students and know that 100% of your bequest will support the students.
There are numerous other vehicles available to you as you plan for the future. Visit with your attorney or tax advisor to learn which option best fits your goals.
If you have included CUES Fund in your estate plans, please let us know. If you have questions or would like more information about how to include CUES Fund in your planning, please contact Stacy Cope at the CUES Fund, firstname.lastname@example.org
Many employers will match tax-deductible charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees, and employees’ spouses. Contact your employer’s human resources department for more information. CUES Fund Federal Tax ID#: 47-0818922.
A good way to support the efforts of the CUES School System is to honor the memory of your loved ones by enrolling them in the CUES Memorial Society. Your gift will reflect their vision of a better world through education. After receiving your gift, a letter will be sent to the family of the deceased. Then, in November of each year, you and the family of the deceased will be invited to celebrate a special liturgy for all those enrolled in our Memorial Society.
At our special liturgy we light a candle for each of our loved ones. It is a perfect symbol. By remembering those who came before, we light a path for the next generation.
In addition, you may honor someone by recognizing them on a special occasion: wedding, anniversary, graduation or birthday by sending a tribute gift.
The Gathering Event
The Gathering Event is the annual fundraiser for the CUES School System. Each year, this event is held to raise funds for tuition assistance for all three CUES Schools; Sacred Heart, All Saints and Holy Name. The CUES School System is an inner city school system that supports a majority of low-income students and families.
